Q.
I have
purchased a PHP form. When
will I get my files?
A. After your
payment has been successfully
processed, we will develop
your form and input the email
address you specify. (The
Email address where the
information will be forwarded
to.) Within * 24-72 we will
email your files to you.
NOTE: * If you pay online
with a Credit or Debit card,
your files wil be sent within
24-72 hours. If you pay
online with a Check, it can
take up to 15 days to process
your payment, which will
delay in your files being
sent. Files will not be sent
until your payment has been
successfully processed.
Q. Do I
have to make any additional
pages to my purchased form?
A. No. The routines
will be set to:
1. Forward the information
inputted to the email address
you specify
2. Display a "thank
you" page that will
automatically appear after
the form has been completed.
3. The thank you page will
also be set to display all
the information that was
entered into the form.
All pages and files necessary
to operate the form will be
sent to you. All you will
need to do is
"upload!" (The PHP
file that you will be sent
MUST be uploaded in ASCII NOT
Binary), or the form will not
work. The remaining files
must be uploaded in binary.
Q. I know nothing about
PHP or forms, what do I have
to do to get the form to work?
A. You do nothing but upload
the files into your website.

uploaded in binary.)
> NOTE: IF YOU HAVE
DOWNLOADED A PHP Form from
the Members section you must
open up the XML file with a
text editor (notepad) and
enter your e-mail address in
the appropriate place!
Q. I want
the form revised, can you do
that?
A. If you want to
exchange "text" for
"text", we will do
that. Example: I want the
word "Comments" to
read
"Instructions". or
I want the word
"Name" to read
"Client", we will
do that gladly at no charge .
It is when
"additional"
information is added that
costs will be incurred.
Q. I
don't want to mess up my
form, can you upload it for
me?
A. Yes, we offer
this service at $2.50 per
form. If this is a service
you would like, simply make
that indication during the
payment process. (That option
will be available as you
check out.)
Q. Can
you design me a custom form?
A. Yes. Costs vary
per form.
Q. Can a
buy link or other links be
added in the form?
A. Buy links cannot
be added into the form. We
can:
1. Embed your email address
in the form so the response
will go to you.
2. We can set the behavior of
the form to go to "a
specific assigned page"
AFTER the form has been sent.
Example. If you sell
domain names or webhosting,
the form can be used to
collect the domain name
wanted and the hosting plan
your client wants! After they
submit THAT information in
the form, then, we can have
it go to a page (that you
specify), where your
"buy" buttons are
for those purchases.
