CONFRONTED
WITH EVIL
Hello, my name
is Joshua ( LDW has withheld
the last name) and I am
writing this email because I
read J. Sturges' testimony (Night Attack) and I
believe it because something
of the same manner happened
to me.
I am also a Christian but a
while back I was having a
really big problem with
giving up my sin. I knew that
in no way would I be able to
do this on my own, so I asked
Jesus for his help. Day by
day I continued to willingly
commit sin until one day
while I was laying on my bed.
(NO i was not asleep).
I started to hear this loud
swishing noise almost like
that of an airplane passing
overhead, but louder. And it
seemed to be all in my head.
So I blinked a couple times
to make sure I was still
awake and I was. Then I
closed my eyes to see if it
would go away but it didn't.
About a second after I closed
my eyes I felt and saw fire
rush over my whole body. Real
fire. Then I saw a pair of
evil looking eyes staring at
me. However somehow this did
not scare me, but after the
evil eyes went away I was in
pure darkness. I figured it
just a dream and tried to get
up but when I did I noticed I
could not move at all. With
all of my strength I could
not even bend my finger. I
knew something was holding me
and I thought that
maybe I had just died and
that if I did I for sure had
gone to hell. All of a sudden
the thoughts of all my sins
passed through my head as
reasons why I ended up in
this place.
I then wondered if my Dad
knew I was in this state and
if he could here me at all..I
felt a loniness of no earthly
measure. Then right before
the feeling of total despair
came over me, I cried out
"Jesus help me!,"
and instantly I opened my
eyes and sat up.. Right after
this I heard a voice in my
head that was so clear it was
almost audible. It said
"This is where you're
going if you don't turn away
from your sin"... Since
then I have turned away from
my sin and become intimate
with Christ and re-dedicated
my life to him.
Hell is real..however if you
are saved, fear not and
rejoice for heaven is even
more real, and Sturges is
right...Christs' return is
alot sooner than people
expect..if you are not yet
saved and wish to be saved
turn away from your sinful
lives and ask Jesus Christ to
come into your hearts, then
there is an eternal
reassurance waiting for you
in heaven.
