We offer technical support with all technical issues of running your website. If you're having trouble setting up email accounts, receiving/sending email or uploading your site on the server for example, we will gladly offer support on those issues.

Tech support is free of charge and is available 24h a day 7 days a week via email. Phone support is available during normal business hours. In 90% of cases response times are 30min-2h.

If the issue at hand is very complex it may take up to 8h to resolve it but we do offer these services free of charge as a part of your web hosting plan.

We have lots of beginners hosting with us and we don't assume everyone is an expert when it comes to technical issues of running a website so we are very thorough and patient in resolving your problem.

p.s. It helps a lot if you let us know you're a beginner when you request tech support just so we know that we need to go into a bit greater detail with our responses to your queries.
