Showers
of Blessings
(Appropriate for
Spring rain shower time)
Use a
paper plate or foam plate
cutting it to the shape
of a cloud. Use glitter
streamers or ribbon- as
many pieces as you desire
and attach them to the
back side of the paper
plate with tape or glue.
At the bottom of each
piece of streamer place a
raindrop shape (either
blue, gray or white) big
enough to write one thing
you are blessed to
have...ie: parents,
friends, teachers, home,
freedom, prayer, Church,
etc. On the front
of the paper place, have
each child write
something like:
"I'm showered with
blessings" or My
Showers of
blessings. Can also
use cotton balls glued to
the cloud for a 3-D
look!
My kids aged Kindergarten
- 4th grade loved this
activity, and most of the
items used to make it are
found right in your home,
or church craft
area. =)
