1. Hosted Sites
1.1 Our primary
goal is to assist others in
getting Gods word out globally.
The purpose of having the server
is to Host Christian businesses
and ministries. That is our goal.
That is our mission. That is the
purpose of this Resellers
program. Sites displaying
material or content that is
inappropriate will be shut down
with no refunds. We do not allow
files, scripts and programs that
are unrelated to your site. We do
not allow sites with
inappropriate adult content,
material or links. We do not
allow mirror sites or web sites
that allow hot-linking to images
or files on our server. You
cannot use our servers to store
your favorite DVDs or to back up
your personal hard drive

2. Do I Have To
Host My Website With You?
2.1 In order to
become a Hosting Reseller for our
"Individual Plan", yes,
you will need to host your
website with us. After you have
submitted payment for the
Resellers fees, you will be taken
to an area requesting information
for your Resellers site.
3. Support
Services
3.1 Support and
Customer Service is our
trademark. We do not just
"sign you up and let you
go" ...to wing it. We want
you to be successful in your
Christian Hosting Business and
will do everything within our
power to provide you all the
service and support to achieve
that goal. On our site you will
find links to all the information
to get your web site up and
running. All information
pertaining to your account should
have been included in the Welcome
Letter you received when we
created your account. If you did
not receive a welcome letter
email, please contact support.
There are several reasons an
email may not reach you; first
and foremost is if the domain you
have contracted services for is
the same domain your welcome
email was sent to.
4. What Fees Do I
Charge My Clients?
4.1 The fees you
determine and establish are
entirely up to you! This is your
business 100%.
5. Where Do I
Purchase My Clients Hosting
Plans?
5.1 After you have
signed up as a Reseller, we will
send you an email that will
contain the area that you will go
to for purchasing your hosting
plans. The email will also
contain your user name and
password to access that
particular section.

6. How Do I Pay
For The Plans I Purchase?
6.1 When your
Clients go to your website, they
will purchase a plan. You will
then, come to the Resellers area,
where you will purchase the plan
they have selected at your
Resellers rate.
7. Will There Be
Multiple Billings On My Account?
7.1 Yes. You will
purchase your Clients plans and
be billed each month for those
plans.
8. What If I Need
To Cancel An Account?
8.1 This is easy
too. Send us a notification we
will delete the account. If you
wish to remove it from billing,
simply contact us. Otherwise keep
it to resell again.

9. As A Reseller,
Are There Terms and Conditions?
9.1 Yes, you
may read the T & C's :: here ::
10. Setting Up
Merchant Accounts
10.1 We understand
that when you are new to the
business, establlishing a
merchant account is a major,
major concern. We can
set these services up through our
provider so you can accept major
credit cards, debit cards and
electronic checks online. This
also includes generating and
posting your "buy"
links (up to 20 links) for your
packages. Our fee for this
service is $150.00.
11. What Is The
Sign Up Process?
11.1 You will
need to sign up for a domain name
with us.
11.2
We will need to know which
Resellers Plan you are signing up
for.
11.3
After your payment has been
successfully processed, we will
issue you your access information
via e-mail. This process can take
anywhere from 15 minutes to 24
hours.

12. Hidden Costs
12.1 No. All the
costs associated with your
Resellers Plan is outlined on the
Resellers page listing the plans.

13. Who Gets The
Sign-up Info For My Clients
Account?
13.1 The
information regarding access to
your Client's Hosting Account
will be sent to YOU. You will
print that info out, place it in
their file and then proceed to
mail their access information to
them using YOUR email address.
Because you are a Reseller, we
are working for you from behind
the scenes.

14. What if my
Client has questions that I
cannot answer?
14.1 Contact us
using the support@ email address.
We will help you with your
Clients questions so that you can
provide them with the information
they need.

15. Are there
documents that I should have on
my site?
15.1 Yes. Your
website should display the
Hosting Terms and Conditions and
of course a Privacy Notice. These
forms can be found the Resellers
Articles section.

16. Can I be billed
by mail for all my fees and my
Clients fees?
16.1 If you are a
Reseller in good standing, we can
convert your billing to hard copy
invoicing for your Client
signups. (Your Reseller fees must
be paid online monthly.)
17. Website Design
17.1 If you sign up
as a Christian Web Hosting
Reseller, you may choose a FREE
layout from our LastDayWarriors.com website to use as
your store front for your
duration as a Reseller!

18. Can I purchase
my Client's domain name(s) as
well?
18.1 Yes, We can
register .com, .org, and .net for
you at a reduced rate. We can
also assist with registering
other domains, as well (fees for
registering other domains will
vary by country). Please contact
our sales department if you
require assistance in registering
other domain types. please visit
our site for registrration
services.There is an option in
the Resellers area that allows
you to do this.
19. What if my
Client needs to upgrade their
plan?
19.1 This is easy!
Simply go in and purchased the
upgraded plan and we will
readjust their quotas! If you
have a Master Resellers Account,
you will be able to do that
yourself with ease.

20. I understand
that paying by credit card or
invoice that my account will
automatically be due every 30
(thirty) days of that purchase.
What happens if I do not have
enough fund to cover the charges?
20.1 Credit
Card Billing - Most
people know how much credit they
have available on their credit
cards, or funds in their bank
account, and we count on that. In
the event that the charges will
not process, we will submit you
an email and request that you
provide us with a valid credit
card before end of business day.
If your credit card is declined 3
times during your time as a
reseller for us, you will incur a
$25.00 fee each time that your
credit card is declined
thereafter.
20.2
Invoice
Billing - If you pay
by check and your check is
returned to us for any reason,
your account will incur a $35.00
fee. If your check is returned to
us 3 times during your time as a
reseller for us, we will no
longer accept checks as payment
for your account and you will be
requested to provide us with a
valid credit card to bill your
account. For either of the cases
above, in the event that a new
payment is not received as
requested, all accounts under
that plan will be deactivated and
a $50.00 reactivation fee will be
required prior to reactivation of
the accounts.

22. Will I get my
own personalized nameservers?
20.1 Name
Servers- If you sign
up for a Master Resellers Plan,
you can purchase personalized
nameservers for an additional $10
per year.
